If you don’t know me, HELLO! It’s nice to meet you!
I’m Kandis James - an applied-mindfulness and NLP certified life & success coach. But more importantly, 17 years ago I was in the exact spot I described above. I had heard about mindfulness & meditation, I knew it was good for me, but I had no idea how to develop a practice and reap all the benefits it provided. Unfortunately for me, this program didn’t exist back then. I had to do it the hard way.
I went to workshops and conferences, University programs and lectures. I read all the books full of science jargon and spirituality. I did two 10-day silent meditation retreats in Thailand. I learned from Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Dan Siegel, Dr. Rick Hanson, Dr. Shauna Shapiro, Thupten Jinpa PhD (the principle translator for the Dalai Lama) and many more.
→ And through all of that, you know what I learned? A very simple practice.
