Service Agreement & Purchase Terms

Program Access

This purchase provides access to an informational and educational sales training program. Access details, timelines, bonuses, and included materials will be provided at the time of purchase or through follow-up communication after payment is completed.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and educational nature of this program, all sales are final.

By submitting this form and completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to educational materials and/or training support, and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of participation, lack of implementation, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with personal results.

No Guaranteed Results

The strategies, tools, examples, frameworks, and recommendations shared inside this program are based on Kandis James™’ experience in sales, sales psychology, business development, client communication, and working with clients across a variety of industries.

While these methods have helped many clients improve their sales conversations, follow-up, confidence, messaging, and conversion processes, your individual results are not guaranteed.

You understand that your results may vary based on your business model, offer, pricing, audience, existing sales process, lead quality, level of implementation, consistency, market conditions, and other factors outside of Kandis James’ control.

Kandis James™ does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, revenue increase, conversion rate, client result, business growth, or sales performance as a result of purchasing or participating in this program.

Personal Responsibility

You agree that you are responsible for your own business decisions, actions, implementation, communication, sales process, client relationships, and outcomes.

Any suggestions, scripts, frameworks, examples, or recommendations provided through this program are for educational purposes only. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your own business, audience, industry, legal obligations, and client experience.

Kandis James™ is not liable for any business loss, revenue loss, client loss, reputational damage, operational issue, or other negative outcome that may result from your use, misuse, interpretation, or implementation of the program materials.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own business education and implementation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, teach, publish, upload, modify, or create derivative products from the program materials without written permission.

Sharing your login, forwarding paid materials, distributing templates, or allowing others to access the program without purchase is not permitted.

Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled simply because you no longer wish to participate or access the program.

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or removal of program access until the account is brought current.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the no-refund policy and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was properly processed and delivered according to the offer terms.

If you have an issue with your purchase or access, you agree to contact Kandis James or The Scaling $ales Formula first so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Email Communication

By completing your purchase, you agree to receive emails related to your program, including access details, onboarding information, training reminders, updates, resources, and other communications necessary to support your participation.

You may also receive additional educational, promotional, or business-related emails from Kandis James and The Scaling $ales Formula™ . You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

Please note that unsubscribing from promotional emails may not unsubscribe you from essential transactional or program-related communications required to deliver your purchase.

Technology and Access

You are responsible for having the necessary internet connection, device, software, and technical ability to access the program materials.

Kandis James™ is not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device limitations, email provider, third-party platforms, spam filters, or user error.

Reasonable efforts will be made to support access issues where possible.

Right to Remove Access

Kandis James™ reserves the right to revoke access to the program, without refund, if a participant violates these terms, shares protected materials, disrupts the learning environment, misuses the content, fails to complete required payments, or engages in abusive, unethical, or harmful behaviour toward Kandis James, her team, clients, participants, or community members.

Agreement

By submitting any payment form and completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You also confirm that you are making an informed purchase decision and understand that all sales are final, results are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for your own implementation and business outcomes.
