  • Proposals/sent offers and close rate
  • Average order value (AOV) and/or ACV, basic pricing
  • Sales cycle length (first contact → close)
  • Refunds/churn (if applicable)
  • Top 3 objections you hear most often
  • Access to your CRM/Sheet dashboards (view‑only is fine)
