Fear is the number one thing that's holding you back from actually getting out there and living the best version of your life - even if you think you're fearless.

In this episode I'm going to list out the top ways in which fear is holding you back from living living your best life. 
See, we often see fear as a reality - something that's true, real - when in fact, fear is a belief. It's a belief that something now or in the future could cause you harm. And so when we start to look at what our actual fears, are they warranted is it actually causing us danger? Or for the most part, we have created a mental story, a program in our mind, a belief that is telling us that this is bad, scary, we must retreat, etc.

And in actuality, there's nothing to fear. 

So today, we're going to be talking about:

  • The nine ways fear is holding you back (whether you're aware or not) 
  • How to reframe your fear so you can move forward
  • Steps to change your relationship with fear so you can reach success - whatever that means to you
