Episode 18: How to Overcome Overthinking in Challenging Situations

Have you ever found yourself ruminating on something you regret doing?

What about not being able to stop thinking about how someone wronged you?

Perhaps you've been stuck in a thought loop about all the bad things that could possibly happen in the future?

This is called overthinking.

Why "over"thinking? Because thinking about these things all day doesn't actually change the situation. In fact, the only thing it DOES do, is change YOUR emotions. (and not for the better).
