If you don’t know me, HELLO! It’s nice to meet you!
I’m Kandis James - an applied-mindfulness and NLP certified life & success coach. And 13 years ago I was in that exact same spot. I had huge dreams of travelling the world, writing a book and starting a business. I’d seen other people do it, but it always seemed impossible for me.
That is, until one day I learned a concept that changed the trajectory of my life forever. And since then, I’ve travelled to more than 15 countries, lived in Thailand for over 5 years, and spent 12 months in Italy. All the while building a business and creating a life I love to wake up to each and every day.
And you know what made it all possible?
I learned how to use my mind, instead of allowing my mind to use me.

The mind is meant to be a tool that we can use... But in our modern world, most of us have become consumed by thoughts, worries, self-doubt, and fear. And this lack of control over your mind is keeping you stuck.
